No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases.


Replacements Only: Items are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged.


Proof Required: Customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.


Processing: Once proof is verified, a replacement will be processed and shipped promptly.
